COVID-19 Update: A Sanitised and Safe Environment in Maylands Dental Centre
Our dental team has implemented several precautions to protect you from any potential risks during your visit. We want you to feel confident knowing that we're taking steps in an effort to protect your oral health and wellbeing during each visit.
COVID-19 Update from Maylands Dental Centre
We are constantly striving to provide the best possible care for our patients. To that end, we have been following recent updates in guidelines from both the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) so as not to miss any potential hazards or risks during dental procedures, interactions, or the environment.
You can be assured that your visit to our dental clinic will always maintain the highest standards of sterilisation.
- To keep things clean and prevent the spread of viruses, we use disinfectants approved by the ADA.
- All of the equipment we use during dental procedures is approved by the ADA.
- Our dental surgeries are built with windows, permitting airflow and circulation.
- To effectively perform each treatment and ensure our health, our team undergoes regular Rapid Antigen Testing.
- Our clinic is QIP accredited. This suggests we comply with the highest standards of infection control.
- Our dental professionals and staff use P2/N95 masks and face shields as standard protection for both parties.
- Patient safety is at the top of our priority list.
- In the event that our patients or team are exposed to coronavirus, we have safety protocols in place.
