Affordable and Accessible Dental Care
The Dental Health Services (DHS) provides subsidised general and emergency dental care to economically or geographically disadvantaged people through several initiatives. Under the Metropolitan Patients Dental Subsidy Scheme (MPDSS), eligible patients on a public dental waiting list who DHS has contacted can have non-urgent general dental care subsidised at participating private dental practices.
Maylands Dental Centre is a participating provider of the MPDSS because we believe dental care should be affordable and easily accessible for all patients.
Get Up To 75% Off On Your Next Dental Appointment
When booking a dental appointment at Maylands Dental Centre, be sure to let us know if you plan to participate in the MPDSS scheme.
Your dental treatment cost will vary depending on what you need. The West Australian Government will cover up to 75% of your total bill, without co-payments or payment plans being necessary for those treatments initially covered by the program. However, there may be additional fees for other services that may be deemed necessary by our dentist during your consultation. Our dental team will discuss payment options with you before you receive treatment.
